Let People Vibrate Out Of Your Reality

I have noticed, that as I level up in vibration in a way that is obvious to me, and I watch the feedback loop reflect my inner changes, people I know who are not on the same frequency as me just aren’t in my life anymore. Some of them I just forget exist and it doesn’t occur to me they’re out of my reality. Others, I’ll send a message to say "hi" and see how they are, and I won’t get a response. On a human level, it's quite douchy, but if we zoom out and see how tiny we are in the big picture, with different frequency realities in play, they just simply are vibrating at a rate that has a gap too wide to even make connection with where we are. Other times, I see how I have been minding my own business and a person I was on perfectly good terms with, pops up onto my phone or into my reality and without anything really going tremendously bad, they get offended and block me (usually after they’ve tried to manipulate me emotionally and I call them out for putting th...

Manifestation: It's An Inside Job

Photo By: Monique Grobler How Manifestation Happens From Within There seems to be some confusion about how manifestation works. The general consensus in the 'love and light' circles is that the Universe brings stuff to you. This is not the case, and while I, at an earlier point in my development, believed the same, there are peer-reviewed experiments that have been conducted by the greatest minds on Earth that have proved there's a definite science to manifestation. It's technology available to everyone, regardless of whether you're a hippy/spiritual type. All you need is an open mind, a desire to improve your life, and the will to do what it takes. In previous posts, I reported to you that there is conclusive evidence published in mainstream scientific journals, that have shown human DNA influences the photons our world is made of. Photons are particles of light that make up everything in this world, including us. Using specialised camera equipment, in a room...

Manifestation: The Science Of How Our Emotions Control The World Around Us (And Us!)

Photo By: Monique Grobler Following on from my most recent post regarding manifestation and some not so new conclusive scientific evidence of an energetic field around us that connects us all, in this post I reveal more scientific information that shows us just how much influence us humans have on the world around us. My inspiration for this post came when I discovered ' Missing Links ', a show on Gaia.com, which is a platform hosting over 8000 series and films on consciousness and all the other fascinating stuff. The show's host, Gregg Braden, has spent most of his life bridging the gap between science, spirituality, and the world around us in the most approachable manner. I just had to share with you some of what he shared as it neatly ties together everything about manifestation I've learned over the years. He really grounded the information and took manifestation from the hippy-ville, where it gets a bad rap, to feet firmly planted on the ground b...

A Morning Practice: Start Your Day Strong

I thought to share with you what my morning mindfulness and manifestation practices are so that if you're looking for a solution for anxiety and a rollercoaster ride every day of your life, you have been pointed in the right direction to help yourself. One of the things I noticed about going on holiday to Zanzibar, in my experience, was that it was more difficult to keep at my morning practice each day. Either because travel disruptions, or lack of privacy, I was not doing my morning practice regularly while away recently. After a week of not doing my morning practice, I could feel fear trying to sneak its way in, and also I noticed that things did not unfold the way I wanted them to. After just two weeks of not living intentionally and deliberately, I felt the effects of not directing how I want to experience my day and life. While you can certainly go with the flow and be spontaneous in some circumstances, in general, choosing what you want for yourself...

A Cycle Ends As Another Begins

Wow! What a ride the past six months have been. It's time for one cycle to close, and a new one to begin. With summer here in the southern hemisphere coming to an end, so too does the wild, chaotic, outward exploration of experience this season has been. I knew it was going to be tough, but here I am... six months of non-stop action with one week to go before I head off on vacation to begin my 40th year of life on this crazy blue and green marble in space. This week feels as though it's the grand finale after extreme amounts of energetic pushing, yet flowing at the same time. Does that even make sense? Somehow it does, and in a way I sense balance. I am filled with a multiverse of emotion right now, and not wanting to get sucked into a victim mentality, but rather take a position of an objective witness, I begin to notice the culmination and effect of all that energy spent so relentlessly as I challenged myself to do my best. I have also been keeping tabs open on how...

Learn to Warp Time (It's really easy actually!)

It's been one of those weeks again where inspiration has left its presence unattended with regards to something to post this week, and where my mind has tried to take control and 'do' something about the massive gap looming in my scheduling posts. Although I have no product to offer you, I have still made a conscious choice to be committed and devoted to paying the wisdom and information forward that I have learnt, and I haven't missed a post in the 6 months I've been doing this channel. It's important to me that I live meaningfully and with purpose. Otherwise, why else am I here? Amongst all the doing in the physical world, I couldn't foresee 'time' to work on my blog past Thursday evening. From Friday morning onward, I had a jampacked calendar, and my last scheduled post was for Sunday morning, with nothing to post for Sunday night, and no 'time' to 'do' it either. I reminded myself to trust that inspiration always ar...

Turn Your Pain Into Your Power

I read somewhere that the first seven years of our life are the most important, and that the events we experience during those sensitive years create the basis for who we become as adults. What unfolds emotionally for each person during childhood often has happy and painful parts to it, some more of one than the other. Some of the things that happen at such vulnerable ages will be traumatic and will be the breeding grounds for psychological issues as an adult. Other things will be more conducive to becoming well-adjusted adults who have their head screwed on properly. It's up to us, as adults, when we get triggered, to unpack the feelings and thoughts around the long-gone event and process it from a more mature mindset, and understand that sometimes we put things away that are too big for us to understand when we're children. These re-manifest later on when we're adults as disproportionate reactions to certain situations. Often it's stuff that doesn't w...
